Keith Kraemer has served 20 years in education. Keith earned his Bachelor of Science degree in health and physical education from Wingate University. He instructed physical education for 15 years. He is currently in his fifth year as a central office resource teacher working for a large urban school district. He earned Action Based Certification in 2016 and helped create B3: Brain, Body, Behavior. Keith is also the co-host of the
Pizza & PE Podcast.
Keith has presented at numerous local, state and national conferences highlighting the importance of movement into classroom instruction. In addition, Keith's mission is to help teachers understand childhood trauma and how to support these students by addressing their physical and mental needs. He is passionate in helping all students learn how to cope and overcome adverse childhood experiences.

Heather Albritton brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as Director of Health & Physical Education for Duval County Public Schools. With 20 years in education and a decade spent in the classroom, Heather's leadership extends beyond curriculum oversight to include assessment alignment, professional development, and fostering community partnerships. Heather's extensive involvement in state and local committees, including SHAPE Florida presidency and the Urban School Wellness Coalition, reflects her commitment to advancing health and wellness initiatives. As a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership and Policy at Florida State University, Heather combines academic rigor with practical expertise to drive meaningful outcomes in educational evaluation and program implementation.
Heather has fully embraced both the action-based learning approach, prioritizing active engagement for enriched learning experiences, and the B3: Brain, Body, Behavior curriculum, which she staunchly supports for its holistic approach to cultivating fundamental motor skills and fostering well-being in students from Grades K–6. These programs reflect Heather's strong belief in the significance of dynamic and interactive education for optimizing learning outcomes and nurturing comprehensive development.

Charlie Goetz has dedicated over a decade to education across three states: Ohio, South Carolina, and Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Cleveland State University in Ohio. Continuing his education, Charlie pursued a Graduate 2nd Licensure in Health Education and obtained his Master’s in Community Health Education, also from Cleveland State University.
Throughout his career, Charlie has taught Health and Physical Education at the middle school level. Currently, he serves as a Health and Physical Education Curriculum Specialist at the district level, entering his fourth year in this role. Charlie is an active presenter at local, state, and national conferences, emphasizing the significance of movement within educational environments, including gyms, hallways, and classrooms.
Passionate about supporting fellow educators, Charlie strives to provide resources and ideas that foster a lasting impact on students, their families, and the broader community.
